The following mods should work with stock RasBeanJelly. Taken from my own AOSP derivative "PRIMERUNNER", based on Rascarlo's work.
Current releases are for Maguro only. Grouper will follow if spare time is available.
I've made some flashable zip files. Should work flawlessly. Nevertheless I advise you to make a backup before trying these out, just in case.

- stock navigation bar customization thrown out of the source
- navigation bar size slightly decreased
- adaptive navbar layout, switches automagically from stock 3-button to 4-button (Nexus One style)
- support for TrackballAlert added in
- statusbar clock hidden (just in the top right corner, NOT that one in the notification drop-down)
